Initiate Your Request
Contact our technical support team at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Hardware
Securely pack the 3D printer and all included accessories in the original factory packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label or RMA documentation to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
